Rookery Pattern Earrings

The Rookery, located in the heart of downtown Chicago, was one of the first early commercial skyscrapers. Designed by the firm of Burnham and Root, it has influences of Moorish, Byzantine, Venetian, and Romanesque motifs. Frank Lloyd Wright had an office there in from 1898 to 1899 and received a commission to redesign the lobby in 1905.
