Oak Park Skylight Art Glass
The complex rectilinear design of this art glass panel is adapted from the matched pair of art glass skylights at the entrance to Frank Lloyd Wright's two-story octagonal studio at his Home and Studio in Oak Park, Illinois. Their autumnal coloration of the glass changes with seasonal shifts and the respectively altered quality of sunlight. The overall ambiance of this space is just as remarkable today as it was when first-time clients visited at the dawn of the twentieth century.
