Our Shipping Policy

All items will be shipped via USPS, UPS, Fed Ex or freight carrier. Please allow 7-10 business days for standard delivery and 3-6 weeks for any dropship or freight carrier items. All dropship items include shipping in the final price for all orders within the continental U.S. For a shipping quote to other locations, please contact storesales@franklloydwright.org 

All items are shipped with standard ground shipping. Please contact us at storesales@franklloydwright.org or 602.800.5444 for all expedited shipping inquiries. Expedited shipping is not available without prior contact and a quote. 

We offer in-store pickup at the Frank Lloyd Wright Store at Taliesin West. Please note that pickup is not available for dropship items. Curbside pickup not currently offered. 

Lost packages:

Packages that have delivery confirmation from the carrier will not be refunded. We will assist in filing a claim with the shipper.
