Lake Geneva Hotel Bird Feeder - Terra Cotta

Lake Geneva Hotel Bird Feeder - Terra Cotta

The art glass windows are from Frank Lloyd Wright's "Tulip" window designs that were found in the Lake Geneva Hotel in Wisconsin. The hotel was built in 1911 but was demolished in 1970 after a major fire.

The feeder is hand built using marine grade plywood and finished with a Benjamin Moore exterior deck stain. Additionally, the roof and feeding platform have a coat of spar urethane for added protection. The laser cut acrylic window inserts are backed with sheets of clear poly-carbonate to create the seed hopper. Story card giving background information is included.

300 lb test polyester hang cord.
Dimensions: 7” D x 9.5” W x 8.5” H.
