This pillow is inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright's designs of the Imperial Hotel in Tokyo, Japan. He began working on this project in 1913 and the completed hotel opened in 1923. The landmark served as an architectural icon for decades, during which time it survived several earthquakes until its demolition in 1968. Fortunately, the main entrance and hotel lobby were preserved and reconstructed in 1968 at the Museum Meji-mura, in Japan.
