Rookery Trivet

The Rookery building, one of the most historically significant buildings located in Chicago’s downtown Financial District, was originally completed in 1888. In 1905, seeking to modernize the interior public spaces of The Rookery, Edward C. Waller, the building’s manager, hired Frank Lloyd Wright, who held an office space at The Rookery from 1898 to 1899. Wright redesigned the stunning, sky-lit lobby. This product has been adapted from the metal work design supporting the elaborate stairwell balustrade.
